As Chief Commercial Officer at ghd, he was part of the leadership team for its £410m private equity exit, and has also raised millions for founders.

His operating experience includes growing business units from £0–£100m revenue and developing pilots that went on to be rolled out globally.

Farhan is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple software companies, built successful technology platforms and led large teams of developers, designers and QA engineers.

He brings software and cybersecurity experience from Microsoft and applies it hands-on with UK SMEs, from a national courier network to Premier Snag.

His approach starts with how a business actually works — enabling him to deliver better systems across HR, sales, marketing and operations, giving its people better tools to move it forward.

Across ten years in technology, his work has also included augmented-reality software he worked on for NEOM.
